Cyndi has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree in 1991 and has worked as a medical social worker with hospice, in long-term care and in several acute care hospitals. During her employment with Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Cyndi decided to further her education and pursue a career within management. In 2008, Cyndi completed a Master’s of Business Administration/Health Care Management degree and shortly thereafter was promoted to Social Work Supervisor, then later to Director of Social Services. In 2011, Cyndi returned to long-term care as the Director of Social Services with Crystal Oaks. In early 2013, Cyndi was promoted into the Assistant Administrator position. In mid 2021, she became the Administrator. She obtained licensure with the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators in 2014. Cyndi has a strong interest in customer service and quality assurance. She is delighted to work for an organization that focuses on providing quality care to seniors.
