Cyndi Morgan, CEO
CEO & Administrator
Cyndi has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree in 1991 and has worked as a medical social worker with hospice, in long-term care and in several acute care hospitals. During her employment with Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Cyndi decided to further her education and pursue a career within management. In 2008, Cyndi completed a Master’s of Business Administration/Health Care Management degree and shortly thereafter was promoted to Social Work Supervisor, then later to Director of Social Services. In 2011, Cyndi returned to long-term care as the Director of Social Services with Crystal Oaks. In early 2013, Cyndi was promoted into the Assistant Administrator position. In mid 2021, she became the Administrator. She obtained licensure with the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators in 2014. Cyndi has a strong interest in customer service, quality assurance and fundraising. She is delighted to work for a not-for-profit organization that focuses on providing quality care to seniors.
Michelle started her career in healthcare when she was a teenager. She has worked as a caregiver primarily with the geriatric population, but also with special needs children and mental health patients. During her many years of working with the geriatric population, Michelle developed a strong interest and passion for helping those diagnosed with dementia.
In March of 1998, Michelle joined the Crystal Oaks team. She has worked with activities, social services, as a dementia care coordinator and most recently as the Assisted Living Manager. In late 2013, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Administrator.
Michelle has been an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association for many years. She was instrumental in bringing the Alzheimer’s Association’s Annual Memory Walk to the Crystal Oaks campus. Additionally, she facilitates the Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Community Support Group that is held monthly at the Crystal Oaks campus. Due to her experience and expertise with dementia, Michelle provides dementia training for our staff. Also, Michelle is the host for our support dog, Lolly. Michelle and Lolly, a beautiful golden retriever, attended the required support dog training and now Lolly is part of the Crystal Oaks team. Michelle and Lolly come to work with the same goal: to brighten the lives of our residents.
